The South Central Coast COE is one in a network of nine Centers supporting California community colleges with workforce research, training, and support. The South Central Coast COE, hosted at College of the Canyons in Santa Clarita, serves eight community colleges across San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara, Ventura, and northern Los Angeles counties.
