New Report on Perkins V Comprehensive Regional Needs Assessment and Dashboards Released
The San Diego & Imperial Center of Excellence has published an updated Perkins V Comprehensive Regional Needs Assessment (CRNA) to support the region’s community colleges in completing their Perkins V Local Needs Assessments (CLNAs). The CRNA provides insights from 30 community forums with 122 organizations and survey data from over 500 students from special populations—such as single parents, economically disadvantaged learners, military-affiliated students, and those with disabilities.
In addition to detailed information about the assessment, the center launched the Perkins V Core Indicators Dashboard and the Perkins Qualifying Occupations Dashboard. These resources support the region’s colleges by providing easy access to Perkins V student outcomes data and regional labor market information on high-wage, in-demand, and high-skill occupations.
