The San Diego & Imperial Community Colleges Center of Excellence (COE) released our latest report, Priority Jobs and Programs: Addressing Equity Gaps for a Diverse Workforce.

This report features labor market data for 50 priority jobs in San Diego County, and postsecondary data for 72 priority programs, to uncover equity gaps based on age, gender, and race/ethnicity. The report also compares data from our previous study on equity gaps to evaluate progress. Insights from this study can inform enrollment and hiring efforts to build a more diverse and representative workforce.
