The Los Angeles Center of Excellence (LA COE) has released the 2025-26 Perkins Qualifying Occupations Dashboard for the Los Angeles region. Community colleges can use this dashboard to view Perkins Qualifying Occupations in the region for their Comprehensive Local Needs Assessment (CLNA).

To qualify for Perkins, occupations must meet a minimum of two of three criteria: high-wage, in-demand, and high-skill. The CCCCO defines high-skill as occupations trained for by existing state-approved career education programs. Applicants may select any approved program offered at their college. Community colleges can use the dashboard filters and search boxes to identify high-wage and/or in-demand occupations.
