To help educators better understand how employer skill needs are evolving, the IE/D Center of Excellence (COE) has launched a new series of sector skills reports aligned with the California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office (CCCCO) Priority Sectors.

Each report assesses the largest overall, top growing, and top shrinking foundational and specialized skills for middle-skill occupations in the CCCCO Priority Sector.

While reports for all CCCCO Priority Sectors will be published by May 2026, the first four reports have been published based on the following sectors:

• Health
• Advanced Manufacturing
•  Energy, Construction, and Utilities
•  Information and Communication Technologies/Digital Media
