Exciting Leadership Update at the Los Angeles Center of Excellence
We are thrilled to announce Dr. Christopher Chen as the new Assistant Director of the Los Angeles Center of Excellence. With over 18 years of experience in research, consulting, and leadership, Christopher has been an invaluable member of our team as a research and data analyst for the past year. His expertise in innovation, talent management, the future of work, and DEI will be key to advancing the Center’s mission.
Christopher holds a Ph.D. in Psychology from Claremont Graduate University and brings a wealth of knowledge from roles at the Los Angeles Unified School District, Boston Consulting Group, and Accenture. He also co-founded the CGU-Accenture Talent Innovation Research Lab and serves as president of the Asian Professional Exchange (APEX), advocating for equity and representation.
Outside of work, Christopher is an avid explorer with a love for discovering new cultures and cuisines through travel, adding a global perspective to his role as assistant director.
