The San Diego/Imperial Center of Excellence is excited to welcome two longtime collaborators to our growing team. Annie Li, Regional CTE Research Expert, and Golnoosh Behrouzian, Research Analyst, help turn data into insights that support student success, workforce development, and institutional planning. 

We also celebrate recent honors for our Executive Director, Dr. Tina Ngo Bartel. She received the 2026 Ronald Kendrick Memorial Award for Regional Collaboration at LEAD San Diego’s Visionary Awards. She was also appointed to the California Workforce Pell Taskforce to help guide implementation of the federal Workforce Pell Grant program. Join us in welcoming Annie and Golnoosh and congratulating Tina!
