In October 2022, the COE presented the results of a multi-region employer survey on construction workforce needs. Across the Far North, Bay, Central-Mother Lode and South Central Coast regions, more than 200 construction employers responded and weighed in on their business characteristics, workforce challenges, hiring processes, and community college partnership opportunities.
