The Los Angeles Center of Excellence has released 11 sector profiles highlighting well-paid, in-demand jobs in Los Angeles County. These sector profiles are intended to help regional community colleges align programs with promising occupations.

Each profile examines current and projected workforce demand, hourly wages, job postings, and program and training data from area community colleges and other training providers. 

This final installment summarizes supply and demand data from all 11 profiles in one place to make quick sector-level comparisons for the region. This summary details the number of middle-skill jobs associated with each sector, projected five-year growth rates, number of annual jobs openings, average sector wages, as well as top occupations associated with each sector and employers posting the most job ads for each sector. 

The summary concludes with program and training data associated with each sector – enrollments, awards, student demographics, and student employment outcomes.
